Concordia is made up of the Lutheran High School Association of the Greater Salt Like Area, Inc. The current list of member congregations includes:
- Christ Lutheran – Murray
- Cross of Christ Lutheran – Bountiful
- First Lutheran – Tooele
- Grace Lutheran – Sandy
- Holy Trinity Lutheran - Riverton
- Redeemer Lutheran – Salt Lake City
- St. John’s Lutheran – Salt Lake City
Concordia is governed by delegates from each of the association member congregations and is managed by a board of directors.
The board of directors exists in order to conduct, manage, and administer the affairs of the Association.

The congregational delegates shall be responsible for keeping their congregation informed about the activities and progress of the Association, serve as liaison between the congregation and the Association, actively participate in the recruitment of students, and foster financial support for the Association.
